1. Eligibility & account use
One accurate account for an eligible member

- Registration and payment information must be accurate; authorised third-party deposits follow the payment rules below
- Duplicate, shared, transferred or impersonated accounts are not permitted
- You are responsible for protecting your password, device and verification codes
- Suspected unauthorised access should be reported through an official route without delay

Authorised third-party deposits
A bank account, PayNow account or USDT wallet belonging to another person may be used for a deposit when the payer has authorised the transaction. The payment information must be accurate, the funds must not be stolen or unauthorised, and supporting proof must be provided when requested. Fortune9 may request the payer's name, payment receipt or transaction record. This does not change the withdrawal-name requirement: withdrawals must still be sent to an Online Banking or PayNow account whose receiving name matches the name registered on the Fortune9 member account.

Check supported games
Some promotions count only All Slot Games or Event Slot Games. Excluded categories do not complete that offer's turnover.
Check claim timing
A reward may require PWA use, a particular wallet balance, same-day action, next-day claim or a weekly calculation period.
Check withdrawal limits
Promotion balances can use maximum-withdrawal rules different from the standard Last Deposit x50 limit.
No guaranteed return
A bonus, rebate, cashback or commission does not change game odds, guarantee profit or promise the same result as another member.
4. Games, results & interruptions
Provider records support result review
Game availability, rules and outcomes are supplied through the selected provider. When a round is interrupted or disputed, the provider and wallet records, including game, round or bet ID, wager, time and settlement, are used to identify the valid result. A screenshot alone may not contain the complete record.
5. Fair use & review
Misuse can lead to restriction or further checks

Promotion abuse
