Which address should I use?

What should I do if I forget my password?

What is the minimum withdrawal?
The standard minimum withdrawal is SGD50. Online Banking and PayNow are the supported withdrawal routes; Fortune9 does not currently offer USDT withdrawals.
What rollover applies to a normal cash deposit?
A standard deposit without a bonus requires Last Deposit x1 Rollover. All game categories count and there is no standard completion deadline.
What is the standard maximum withdrawal?
The cumulative maximum for a standard deposit cycle is Last Deposit x50. A promotion can apply a different maximum, so check the offer used for that deposit.
How long do transactions normally take?
A correctly submitted deposit is normally reflected within about 10–30 seconds. An approved withdrawal normally takes about 3–5 minutes, but bank, payment-system, verification and review conditions can affect timing.
Does Fortune9 charge a transaction fee?
Fortune9 states that it does not charge a platform transaction fee. A bank, network or payment service may apply its own fee outside Fortune9.
When does a new deposit cycle begin?
A new deposit is normally accepted when the wallet balance is below SGD5. Follow the current wallet status and ask support if a pending order or bonus is still attached.

Can one deposit claim more than one promotion?
No. One deposit can be used for one promotion. The selected offer's supported games, rollover, expiry and maximum withdrawal take priority over standard deposit rules where they differ.
How does Freedom Bonus work?
The current offer uses 5%, 7% and 10% tiers and is available through the PWA. The qualifying deposit plus bonus requires x1 Rollover, with no extra bonus rollover. Only All Slot Games count; Live Casino and Fishing games are excluded. The minimum withdrawal is SGD50 and the maximum is Last Deposit x50.
What does 29% Instant Cash Back require?
The current offer requires a minimum SGD30 deposit, PWA use and a wallet balance below SGD0.10 after the deposit cycle is completed. It can be claimed up to twice daily. Last Deposit plus Cashback requires x1 turnover, the maximum withdrawal is Cashback x2, and play is limited to Event Slot Games.
Is the 30% Ultra High Rebate automatic?
No. Under the current campaign, an eligible rebate must be claimed on the next day through the PWA. It requires x5 turnover, has a maximum withdrawal of Rebate x1 and applies to Event Slot Games.
How does the 7% weekly commission work?
