A member may ask official Live Chat to stop promotional SMS, WhatsApp and email messages, disable Fortune9 PWA notifications through the device or browser, and use an unsubscribe option when one is provided. Essential OTP, account-security, payment and support messages may continue when required to operate or protect the account.

Fortune9 does not provide stored member profile, account, payment, gameplay or support information to banks, payment channels, game providers or technical service providers as a separate data-sharing arrangement. A bank, PayNow service, USDT wallet, blockchain network, messaging platform or another external service processes information that a member submits directly while using that service under its own privacy terms. Analytics or advertising tools may collect limited online identifiers through permitted cookies, pixels or similar technologies, but Fortune9 does not intentionally send registration, banking, gameplay or support content to those tools.
