Withdrawal policy

Understand the checks behind a withdrawal request

Review the minimum, standard rollover, cumulative maximum, payment ownership, promotion limits and status checks before submitting.

Standard cash wallet

The normal rule begins with the latest deposit cycle

A standard deposit without a promotion requires Last Deposit x1 Rollover. All game categories count and the standard cumulative maximum withdrawal for that cycle is Last Deposit x50.

Before you submit

Five checks that prevent avoidable delays

  1. 1
    Available balance

Confirm that the withdrawable balance shown by the wallet is at least SGD50.

  2. 2
    Rollover completion

Check the live rollover status for the latest deposit and any reward attached to it.

  3. 3
    Applicable maximum

Determine whether the standard Last Deposit x50 limit or a promotion-specific maximum applies.

  4. 4
    Registered payment ownership

Use the payment account registered to the same member name and follow the displayed method.

  5. 5
    Pending activity

Allow unsettled game rounds, incomplete promotions or transaction reviews to finish before resubmitting.

How the maximum works

Standard and promotion examples

Standard SGD10 deposit

After completing the required x1 rollover, the standard cumulative maximum for that deposit cycle is SGD500 (SGD10 x50), subject to available balance and checks.

29% cashback example

A cashback reward can use a maximum withdrawal of Cashback x2 instead of Last Deposit x50. The exact credited amount determines that promotion maximum.

30% rebate example

An Ultra High Rebate can require x5 turnover and use a maximum withdrawal of Rebate x1. It is not an automatic standard-wallet rule.

Weekly commission

Commission can require x3 turnover and use a maximum withdrawal of Commission x5. The current commission record defines the amount.

Do not assume the largest limit

The promotion attached to the balance can set a lower maximum than the standard cash-wallet rule. Read the selected offer before playing.

Processing & status

What normal timing does and does not promise

A correctly submitted deposit is normally reflected in about 10–30 seconds. An approved withdrawal normally takes about 3–5 minutes. These are usual processing descriptions, not guarantees. Bank availability, payment-system response, verification, duplicate orders, incorrect details, provider settlement or security review can affect the actual time.

Pending

The request was received but still needs processing, an external response or a review step.

Rejected or returned

Check the displayed reason, registered information, rollover, minimum, limit and payment availability before trying again.

New deposit cycle

Check the existing wallet state first

A new deposit is normally accepted when the wallet balance is below SGD5. Do not deposit again simply to clear a pending withdrawal, unfinished promotion or unresolved order. Ask Live Chat to explain the existing status before changing the balance.

If a withdrawal is delayed
